Ysgogiad heddiw - Natur / Today’s Prompt - Nature.
Gwrandewch ar r synau o'ch cwmpas (o fewn eich radiws pum milltir), ceisio'r gwyllt hyd yn oed yn y lleoedd mwyaf trefol – adar efallai yn eich gardd neu barc dinas, afon yn llifo, neu rwd coed ar daith cerdded leol.
A fedrwch deimlo'r sain yn eich corff? Sut mae nhw'n teimlo? A yw rhai yn fwy 'sŵn' na sain? Ydych chi'n hoffi rhai yn fwy nag eraill? Pa sain allwch chi ei nodi? Sylwch ar eich ymatebion yn unig.
Yna gallwch ymateb iddynt trwy wneud marciau ar bapur, ysgrifennu geiriau, straeon neu atgofion wedi'i ysbrydoli gan y lle rydych chi'n ei alw'n gartref, a/ neu cymryd recordidau byr o'ch seinweddau sain i rannu gydag eraill ar flog sy'n tyfu ar-lein.
Listen for natural sounds in and around your home environment, such as birdsong, running water, wind in the trees, and animal noises.

Can you notice sensations in your body as you hear these sounds?

Today's Nature pic from Rosemary in Monmouth, who said - "today, when I opened the curtains, it was at the exact moment that the Long Tailed Tits arrived on the tree outside the kitchen window! I counted 9! They where wonderful to watch, dancing and hanging upside down from the branches, chattering in their high peeps! I've done a quick pic to go with a poem about them that I wrote a few years ago when exactly the same thing happened-same place, same tree, same time of year!"
